Ondina offers select apartment homes through Bellevue's Multifamily Tax Exemption (MFTE) program. Eligibility is based on household size and annual income limits established by the City of Bellevue. After completing the standard application and screening process, the leasing team will guide you through the income certification process and help determine your eligibility!
